Troubleshooting & FAQ

  • Bot not joining / offline: Use the invite link with scopes bot + applications.commands and perms (Manage Roles, Send Messages, Embed Links).

  • /setup issues: Bot must post in the channel you run it; grant Send Messages + Embed Links. /setup only accepts text/announcement channels. Rerun /setup anytime to change Sales/Alerts channels.

  • Bot can’t post in Sales/Alerts: Add the bot to those channels and grant Send Messages + Embed Links. If you moved or deleted them, rerun /setup.

  • Roles not granting/removing: Ensure the bot has Manage Roles and its highest role is above the roles it assigns. Check the product has a role set and, if using expirations, that the bot still has perms.

  • Buyer didn’t get delivery: Buyer DMs may be closed—remind buyers to open DMs or include an in-channel fallback in the buy-post/delivery note. Add clear instructions in the delivery note.

  • Keys exhausted / stock issues: Add more keys with /product-add-keys. Stock auto-decrements when keys are consumed.

  • Buy button/embeds not showing: The bot needs Send Messages + Embed Links in that channel. Retry /buy-post after fixing perms.

  • Wallet problems: You can add multiple wallets via /wallet-add; one per asset. If you need a different payout, select the appropriate wallet for the product. Funds go straight to your wallet; we don’t hold them.

  • Re-running setup: Run /setup anytime to change Sales/Alerts channels; no data loss.

  • Invite link scope/permissions: Scopes: bot, applications.commands. Perms: Manage Roles, Send Messages, Embed Links, View Channels. Adjust if your server needs less, but Manage Roles is required for role products.

  • Refunds/chargebacks policy: Define your own policy in your server rules or delivery note; the bot does not handle refunds.
